The final score is calculated by summing the differences between the rankings set by Coast Guard experts and your own rankings.

Writing a 'reason' for each item's ranking is not mandatory.
However, writing down your reasons will help you more clearly reflect on your thoughts when you review the report later.
If you are participating as a student in a class, please make sure to write down your reasons.
When you select a role, you will gain that role's experience and knowledge.
Role knowledge is just fragmentary information about survival. Just because a specific item is mentioned doesn't mean it's necessarily a high-priority item; it could even be a low-priority one.
The expert's correct ranking does not change regardless of which role you choose.
